Milva has worked for large and small non-profits including Lott Industries, Inc. (organization serving people with developmental disabilities), Sofia Quintero Art and Cultural Center (organization promoting Latino art and culture), Bowling Green State University, The University of Toledo as well as local and federal government units such as The City of Toledo and the U.S. Department of Commerce.
A Spanish speaking native, Milva obtained her college degree from one of the most prestigious universities in Latin America (Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra). Her command of the English and Spanish languages is excellent in both written and verbal forms. Milva is currently a board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Northwest Ohio Chapter and co-chair of their 2019 and 2020 National Philanthropy Day Awards event.
